Hello, we are the Locke System!We are a system and currently have 8 active members, and have been aware of our own plurality since late November 2018. This is a page for informative use only to help people understand us and our situation better.We experience emotional amnesia and also some time loss and compartmentalisation of skills and memory, our timeline has gaps in it.Our inner world resembles a street lined with houses and large redwood trees where there is a perpetual street party, with a table set up in the road covered in cakes and snacks and tea.Our social media links are located down below.Thank you for reading!

Music Playlist: HereBased off of a D&D Harvestborn, one of the newer species and looking akin to an animated scarecrow, Felix's extremely young age is indicative of a loss of most memory and wanting to view things afresh with new eyes. He is very sociable and light-hearted, friendly, and often comes forward for social interaction because he just really enjoys being friendly.Felix is often the one that struggles the most with anxiety and very easily knocked out for the count when it comes to fronting, so don't be too offended if he leaves and someone else shows up to replace him, he just needs time to recover. Felix writes with all lower case and no punctuation at the end of sentences, save for exclamation marks.

He operates as a mental foil to the system when other members are spiralling or catastrophising, always having an opinion and being able to help rationalise things, even if it is by unusual means.Howell has a like for most things fancy, as well as hot drinks and desserts. He loves musicals also. He also will be seen often performing most of our daily rituals and likes occult subjects and items. Howell will write with capitalisation but no ending punctuation markers.

Appearance: Depending on being in disguise form or true Changeling form, either has an appearance of dark brown hair, freckled pale skin and hazel eyes; or completely white skin, hair, eyes, and all other features. Wears green-tinted round glasses and the clothing of a university professor - a mostly green and black set of academic robes, pinstripe trousers, and white balmoral shoes.

Music Playlist: HereBased off of a D&D Changeling, Levi holds a lot of our confusion and troubled feelings about identity that we had as a child. He is our manager for the internal mechanics of the system's functioning, being mostly preoccupied with keeping things in order so that everything else runs smoothly for the rest of the system. He's very perfectionistic and is a fan of complex lateral thinking puzzles and mathematics, befitting his role as a teacher.Whilst spending a lot of time doing upkeep of internal runnings, Levi spends a fair bit of time at front also. He is quite reserved but ultimately very friendly if you get on more casual terms, and willingly socialises and has a great curiosity for others. He is also a very big fan of ranting and raving about particular topics for long stretches of time.

Appearance: Outward appearance of skin made of stone, cracks and fissures across the skin with moss growing out of it. Hair is a dusty off-white braided and put up into a very rough self-cut ponytail. White eyes. Clothing is very dirty and worn-out riding gear stylised in a western/cowboy fashion.

Music Playlist: HereBased off of a D&D Earth Genasi, Linden is a very guarded and quite stubborn individual who deals with a lot of our neglect and enforced isolation. Whilst usually a little stony (pardon the pun), Linden is usually interested in spending time with people so long as they don't get on any of his many frayed nerves. He suffers from a fair bit of pain and tiredness, more so than the rest of the system, but trucks on through it regardless.Despite being very strictly introverted, he wants to try and indulge more in living life, having not had any time to do so for a long long while. Simple comforts are very popular with him and he'll definitely mellow out more if you do some comforting and self-care activities like this with him. He tends to talk quietly unless provoked, and doesn't see the need for punctuation.

Music Playlist: HereSlick may not be his actual name but it's all he'll likely give you. He was formed from a splintering of previous system members and inherited (or stole) bits and pieces of everyone else, conglomerating into how he is now. He is based off of a D&D Kalashtar but only vaguely - truly he is more of a cursed individual with a strange oil that sits as tattoos across his body and cause strange distortions and mind-warping effects. It's an embodiment of dissociation. And he likes to keep that to himself.Slick is here to handle most of the dirty or unpleasant tasks that other members may not want to deal with, and delights in the chaotic and unkempt. He also does suffer from narcolepsy specific to him and will fall asleep or have very intense fatigue spells, but he tries not to let that get in the way of doing things.

Music Playlist: HereBased off of a D&D Reborn who looks very much like a ghost, this is because he is one. Damerin is holding a pretty significant amount of trauma and is representing our brushes with death in the past, but has learnt how to channel this into working through stress well, and will be able to handle environments with a high stress setting with an intense goal-seeking zeal... Up to a point of course.Damerin is a little cagey but is surprisingly animated and quite expressive, often being very quick to make comments about things - especially things he doesn't like. I wouldn't recommend showing him any videos of people cooking food poorly, if I were you. Damerin writes with capitalisation but no full stops.
